Concerning
11-meter radio activation to DXCC 152 -The Maldives, 177 - Sri Lanka and
possible 149 - The Laccadives.
Team:

Intention:
Delta-Xray
Radio Club and FAT Club will make this co-operation in order to give as many
"small-guns" and "medium-guns" a chance to enter the log of
the team.
177, 152
and 149 are all very hunted by these 2 big radio operators categories
("Medium Guns" and "Small Guns".)
If Rob -
representing Delta-Xray and Jos/Wil - representing FAT will use 2 logs and work
as 2 different activations, we expect many "big Guns" to be
represented in both logs. One of the consequences for this is, that the total
number of stations working these 3 semi-rare divisions will be lesser than if
the team uses only one log and one QSL-card.
This will
remove the incitament for most stations to work both teams (DX and FAT).

2:
The team
will work with only one log and "on air" say:
"We use only one log - If you are in log of Delta-Xray, you are also in
log of FAT"
"We
use only one log - If you are in log of FAT, you are also in log of Delta-Dray"

3:
Rob will
use one frequency and Jos/Wil wil use another frequency.
Paragraph
4:
The team
will print only 1 (one) QSL-card.
The design
will be made by the team themselves.
The
intention is to print one double card, with club-names of both clubs at the
card.
The card
will have only 1 box for Report/Dates/callsign/etc.
Paragraph
5:
The team
will use Progressive numbers, from 1 and up.
Example:
Jos will start activation as FAT and give out progresive numbers from 001 to
120.
Rob will
take over, work as DX and give out progresive numbers from 121 to 214.
Wil will
take over, work as FAT and give out progresive numbers from 215 to 219.
Jos will
start activation as FAT and give out progresive numbers from 220 to xxx.
Rob will
take over, work as DX and give out progresive numbers from xxx+1 to yyy.
System:
Progressive
number will be given out to all as there was only one log.
