LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Delta-Xray Radio Club, by 47DX088 Ms. Mette and 75TSW134 Mr. Rick

Concerning 11-meter radio activity 75TSW/AZ001 from Santa Maria Island, Azores Islands.

Intention:

Delta-Xray Radio Club (DXRC) and 75TSW134 Mr. Rick are happy to show “spirit of co-operation” at 11-meter.

Mr. Rick is an independent operator and need support for his wish to run the activity 75TSW/AZ001.

DXRC are happy to be the choosen Club and to support this activity.

The agreement made by DXRC and Mr. Rick can be read below.

Paragraph 1:

Mr. Rick will use the callsign 75TSW/AZ001.

Paragraph 2:

DXRC will provide the following for the activity:

- QSL-management, handling all mail, QSL-design and QSL-printing (47DX052, Mr. Tom)

- Web-information via DXRC-activities pages at http://Delta-Xray.net

- Log-search (via DXRC-internetsite)

At DXRC-website this can be found:

- DX-propagations/prediction charts for the activity (By DXRC)

- proofs (By 75TSW134, Mr. Rick)

- pictures (By 75TSW134, Mr. Rick)

- etc.

Paragraph 3:

This activity will be validated for proofs as all other DXRC-activities.

Paragraph 4:

This deal will be made public via:

- DXRC-internetsite (http://Delta-Xray.net)

Paragraph 5:

This deal is agreed in a personal “Contract” between DXRC and Mr. Rick – and this “Letter of Agreement” is made public.

Paragraph 6:

This agreement is accepted by:

- 75TSW134, Mr. Rick

- 47DX088 Ms. Mette - on behalf of Delta Xray Radio Club
